in memory of Sue Batchelor

Regina “Sue” Batchelor, 66, of Wenatchee died Monday, September 7, 2009. 
She was a longtime Wenatchee Valley resident.  She had worked for the Boeing Co., retiring in the early 1990’s. 
Survivors include her husband, Larry Batchelor of Wenatchee; her children, Matt Bryan and Marc Bryan, both of Cleveland, Ohio, and Debye Chapman of Bonney Lake; her mother, Juanita Insell of East Wenatchee; and her brother, Frank Insell of Santa Rosa, Calif.
Private graveside services were held at Evergreen Memorial Park in East Wenatchee.  Arrangements were by Telford’s Chapel of the Valley, East Wenatchee.

legal documents filed in Federal Court

Several motions were filed yesterday in the United States District Court in Spokane supporting the Mill Bay Members Association.  The documents will be posted on our web site later this evening.  There will be a discussion at our Saturday member’s meeting regarding these filings and the status of our legal issues.
